Enneagram Types By Song

Why, oh why have I been talking about the Enneagram this week? How does it relate to Focused Outcomes and my coaching? Honestly, the Enneagram has been THE BEST tool for me to figure out WHO THE HELL I AM! It was a game changer for me to get out of my anxiety, confused, frustrated box, and see the possibility of who I can evolve to. I admit, at first, I was not happy with my type. It said I was anxious.

Oh, come ON! For real? This is crap! – then silently getting anxious.

Oh man, I didn’t want to see that! But because of learning my type, I can see AND DO SOMETHING to get over the anxiousness. What a blessing! Also, it single handedly created the awareness and personal map I needed to develop emotional intelligence for me. 1000x win over here!

So, for those that don’t know the Enneagram, I invite you to discover it through music. Most of us love music, right? Dancing and typing yourself through music is not scientific, but it is a lot of fun. You’re welcome! Enjoy linking the songs to the type, as well as see the basic fears and desires of each type.
